How to register

Pre-registration via the website will be possible until 01 May 2024. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants is required to register.
Fees
A 10% discount has been applied to the early registration fee valid until 29 February 2024.
The following fees will apply:

Group registration
Please email Leanne Armoogam (leannea@turnersconferences.co.za) at Turners Conferences for further instructions on how to complete the group booking.
Payment
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
When processing your payment by bank draft please allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges otherwise these will reflect as a short payment and shows as a balance on your account.
The final date for bank transfers is the 01 May 2024 Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to leannea@turnersconferences.co.za and use your surname and invoice number as a reference.
Credit card payments – When opting to process payment by credit card, please click on the pay now button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as reference when initiating payment.
Cancellation policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
An administration fee of R500.00 will be charged for all cancellations received on or before the 01 April 2024.
Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after 01 April 2024.
